Preparing for Summer

The Liability form needs to be completed before athletes can participate in play. This camp is for athletes entering Grades 2-7 for the incoming 2020 school year.

If you are unable to print and complete the liability waiver ahead of time, there will be copies available at check-in on the first day of camp.

In addition, the latest Return to Play policy is located below. This form also needs to be signed and returned before athletes can participate in the Westside Soccer Camp.
